A new presidential administration and the ongoing pandemic have brought about a myriad of tax reporting and planning challenges in 2021. This 4-hour GEAR UP Tax Update and Planning Webinar will cover the myriad of issues created by the American Rescue Plan and the 2020 COVID relief bills, including the carry back exemptions and tax credit changes that impacted tax season and will require looking at returns for possible amending. It will also provide insights into tax planning strategies to help clients minimize tax exposure. Most importantly, it provides a venue where questions can be asked and answered to insure your clients receive the best service you can offer.

- The name used by each individual for reporting CPEs to Internal Revenue Service and/or the Michigan State Board of Accountancy.
- The email address used by each individual to participate in the webinar. Each person must have a separate, unique email address since this is used to track their time of participation to award CPE credit.
- The Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) for each individual IF they are reporting credits earned to the Internal Revenue Service for Enrolled Agent or Annual Filing Season requirements.
